Purchasing Tickets Online
- There is no need to print your online ticket. Scan it as an e-ticket at reception. If you qualify for a discount, please present a valid discount card.
- Have you purchased an online ticket, but are now unable to come? Tickets are not re-bookable or refundable.
- If you buy a ticket within an hour of closing time, please be aware that you might not have time to see the entire museum. Plan approximately 1 hour to visit the permanent exhibition and another hour for the temporary exhibition.
